You can now connect to Monarch through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), making it possible to access Monarch Cloud directly from ChatGPT and other compatible AI agents.
Monarch is now available as a plugin in ChatGPT. Simply install the plugin, connect your Monarch account and start interacting with the platform through conversation.
Developers can also connect their own AI agents to Monarch using MCP, giving them access to supported models, computing resources and platform tools.
What Can You Do?
Monarch MCP makes it easier to work with artificial intelligence and computing infrastructure without having to switch between multiple interfaces.
You can use it to:
- Explore AI models: Discover available models, inspect their capabilities and run supported inference requests.
- Access GPU computing: Explore available computing resources for AI development and research.
- Manage training: Inspect training jobs, explore datasets and manage supported training workflows.
- Monitor your resources: Check projects, deployments, usage and account information.
- Build AI agents: Connect your own agents to Monarch and give them access to the tools they need to perform computational work.
For example, you can ask ChatGPT to show you the models available on Monarch, explore available GPUs or run a sandbox inference test, all within the same conversation.
Your agents can access Monarch through MCP using the permissions and spending limits configured for their accounts.
For AI Agents
MCP is an open standard that allows AI assistants to connect with external tools and services.
With Monarch MCP, developers can integrate Monarch into compatible AI assistants and autonomous agents, allowing them to interact with supported platform capabilities directly.
Our goal is simple: make advanced AI and computing infrastructure easier to access, whether you're working through a conversation, developing an application or building your own AI agents.
